Go the the auction site: Puget Sound Estate Auctions. This auction consists of Two households. Both are in University Place, just 3 minutes apart. Bidding Starts April 27th Bidding Ends: Thursday, May 2nd , starting @ 6:00 pm. Each "Lot" closes one minute after the previous Lot. First Lot closes at 6:01, second Lot at 6:02, and on down the list. This is a "Hard Close" auction. No time is added after the clock counts down to zero. PICKUP DAY: Sat. May 4th From 9am to 2:00pm. You may send someone to pick up your lot. By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding contract to pay for the item. Please Pay Your Invoice by Friday Midnight. Thank you. PLEASE SIGN UP & REGISTER TO BID! 10% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold. 9.9% WA tax applied unless you have a resellers permit on file. ALL SALES FINAL: It is the responsibility of the Bidder/Buyer to inspect the item(s) prior to the placing a bid. All bidding and purchases are at the bidders/buyer’s discretion.
