Wire transfer is accepted with a $20 additional fee. Returned check fee is $35. Credit card accepted under $500 with 3% fee extra.

If you are claiming your sales tax exemption for resale, agricultural, or parts exemption, you will need to fill out the Nebraska Form 13. We will email it to you after the auction. You must fill out, sign, and mail with your check.

All bidders including onsite have a 10% buyer premium applied to their purchase.

Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased. Adam Marshall Auctioneers is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidders. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against Adam Marshall Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. Adam Marshall Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the proxibid-bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Adam Marshall Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in an auction.
