Our estate sales are FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. We do not have a sign-up list.
On the first day of the sale numbers may be, but not always, handed out at estate sales. Please check individual sale description for details. If we do hand out numbers we'll give you a number when you arrive to keep things orderly. Your number will be your place in line so you don't have to wait around outside. Be sure to return before the doors open at 10 a.m. We'll let in small groups of people at a time until everyone is happily shopping. Numbers are only handed out on the opening day of the sale. We accept cash, check or credit cards for payment. All sales are final and items purchased must be picked up the day of purchase, unless other plans discussed. We offer a holding area for you to place your goods while shopping. We do not allow large bags, boxes or backpacks; no exceptions. |

All floors of this gorgeous, 1911 historic register home in the Southwest Hills are open and filled with fine antiques. In addition, you’ll find beautiful furniture, home decor, toys, holiday decorations and fabulous Pacific Northwest art including artists Amanda Snyder and Mary Josephson. There is no sign-up list for this sale. It is first to arrive first served. Numbers will be handed out at 9 a.m. on the first day of the sale only. Your number will reserve your place in line; small groups will be let into the sale when the doors open at 10 a.m. |
