At “U BOUGHT IT LLC AUCTION SERVICES” there is NO cost to attend the BEST SHOW IN TOWN. All you need to get a bidder number is a photo ID and a valid phone number. We strive to deliver a FUN and FAST paced auction. Our Auction house is bright and clean. We use AuctionFlex for our clerking and accounting. This next level program allows the buyer to be able to check in and out with ease. This program also makes accounting for our consignors flawless.


We use a Pan Tilt Zoom camera system to project the image of what we are selling onto a 70″ TV screen. This helps you to see exactly what we are selling as the sale progresses.


We are an indoor climate controlled auction house with plenty of seating with 150 seats. We always have a full snack bar with food and plenty of drinks. Get here early so you can have a front row seat for the show. You can also call ahead to reserve a seat in the gallery (Highly Recommended). We have plenty of parking on our well lit asphalt paved parking lot.

At U Bought It Auctions you will find items such as ANTIQUES, PRIMITIVES, FURNITURE, NEW MERCHANDISE, ELECTRONICS, VINTAGE ITEMS, TOOLS and GENERAL HOUSEHOLD ITEMS. There will NEVER be a buyer’s premium. We do accept absentee bids up to one hour before sale time. We accept payment in the form of CASH, CHECK and CREDIT CARDS (There is a 4% Fee for Using Cards). Doors open Saturday at 4pm and the Sale starts at 6pm.

We will be conducting a wholesale dealer auction on Monday August 12th at 1pm. This auction is open to the public. Call me with any questions you may have with this auction. This sure to be one fast and fun auction.  Call any time 636-236-7478 

BUYERS: 

The difference between a normal UBI Auction and this auction is that you will not be able to buy just one or two of a item. All items sold at a dealer auction are sold in the case pack. What that means is that if there are 12 bottles of shampoo in a case you will be buying them in what ever the sold amount is times 12. So for example $2.25 x 12 would be $27.00 a case. There also could be a case minimum so with a five case minimum your total would be $135.00 just for shampoo. This kind of auction is for those that own resale stores, Fle market sellers, EBay sellers or those that are looking to just stock up on items in bulk. Items that you will be able to find a this kind of auction. The items sold at this auction are closeouts, End of runs, Close date and in date food & drinks, discontinued.

To get down to brass tax. If it is bought and sold it can and will eventually be sold on the wholesale market. There will not be any pictures of the items that will be sold at this auction. The dealers that bring in the items will be coming in the day of the auction with there products. We encourage th3 buyers to come to the auction house early and stay late. You never know what will come across the auction block next.

 

Sellers:

We will be offering a first time dealer auction commission rate of 10% to all dealers that attend our first dealer auction. This commission rate will stay the same for you for until our anniversary date one year later. If you cannot attend our first auction the commission rate will be 12.5%. We will pull names from a hat for order of haulers and all others.
