St Marlo is a gated community. You must be placed on the guest-list in order to eneter the communnity. 

To be placed on the guestlist you MUST first call or text  your name to 678 525 6148.
PLEASE allow approximately 30 minutes from the time of your call to appear on the guest-list. 

No admittance before 10am or after 4pm

No voice calls will be answered after 11pm or before 730am. You are free to text information and it will be updated in the morning

You will be required to register at the gatehouse and present your driver's license. 
You will be issued a 1 day pass.
"Touring" outside the area of the estate sale will be monitored by security.
Obey ALL traffic regulations. 
Park on ONLY 1 side of the street- with the direction of traffic flow.
Security will be monitoring and are equipped and empowered to issue citations and fines. 

There are 2 gatehouses:
one located on Old Atlanta Road and one on McGinnis Ferry- you may enter at either gate. 

From the Old Atlanta gate:
Proceed 0.2 miles to Merion Drive and turn right- The home is second on the left. 

From the McGinnis Ferry gate proceed 1.5mi on St Marlo Pkwy and turn left on Merion Drive.
