We WILL have to limit the number of people allowed in the house, and we ask for your patience. NO LIST, we are not responsible if a box/bag is left to 'hold a place in line' and it gets moved, especially if someone leaves the premises. THERE ARE SOME STEPS, ETC. PLEASE USE CAUTION We gladly accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover! Bring boxes for shopping! Everything must be removed by Thursday, please bring help to move the item, and an appropriate vehicle.. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer pre sales or 'hold' items. Once we advertise a sale, all items are available when the doors open. Thank you for your understanding. |

Just a few reminders:
· Numbers for entry will be handed out at 8:00 am TUESDAY to those physically in line, one number per person.
· No sign-up list will be honored.
· No place holders will be honored for those that are not physically at the house.
· We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale.
· We gladly accept All Credit Cards and Cash, no checks.
· We are required by the State of California to collect sales tax. Only VALID Resale Certificates will be honored.
· Watch Your Step, THERE ARE STEPS.
· Entrance will be through Back Gate/Garage.

ALSO, PACK YOUR PETIENCE. You can tell by the pictures and videos there is just not enough room for everyone to shop at the same time, we will have to limit and monitor the number of shoppers in the house.
