I do not put out, or police a list. People should line up in their order before the sale opens.

Entrance into the estate will be through the right hand side of the garage.

I do not ship. You must be present to purchase items.

Valuables are removed from residence and returned the morning of sale.

Sales tax will be collected if you do not provide proof of a valid California Resale Permit Number. Sales tax rate in Alameda is 9.25%.

If you wish to buy an item, put your name & telephone number on the price tag. Only do this is if you are 100% certain you will be buying it.

Please bring help if you plan to buy large pieces. There will not be any help available to move items. I will not sell an item if cannot be moved safely. Items must be removed by end of sale.

Please bring your own shopping bags/boxes and moving blankets.

All items are sold as-is with no refunds, returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for items left behind.

There are no restrooms available for use at this location.

Do not enter marked off areas or doors.

Be mindful of neighbors and do not block driveways.

No parking in house driveway.
