We do NOT reserve or hold items. WE CHARGE SALES TAX. Resellers MUST BRING a copy of a valid California Resale Permit and register, or you WILL be charged tax. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please bring your own bags, boxes, packing materials, we have alittle bit. ALL ITEMS are sold AS IS, Where Is. NO Refunds or Returns. If you purchase Furniture, PLEASE bring assistance to move and load your purchase. We will have VERY LIMITED assistance to help. All items must be removed from the house by 2:00pm on Saturday. NOTE: There are NO restrooms available for public use! |

| EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE. GARAGE & PATIO have to go!!! Photo's will give you an idea of what is in this sale, plus MORE! PARKING WILL BE A PROBLEM as this is a gated community with gate access code to enter. HOA has a limit on how many cars can enter & park at any given time. We hope to be able to park the 1st 20 cars & let more in as one leaves. Sorry for the inconvience but we must follow the rules in order to have the sale...ITS WORTH THE HASSLE!! Garrett will be at the gate to let you in. Steve will be at the house directing parking. PLEASE be patient & understanding as we get thru the crowds in the early morning. Feel free to come later in the morning or afternoon...we'll be there until 3pm! |
