Bidder pays all shipping cost. USPS, FedEx, or UPS - We will utilize any one or all of the shipping carriers. We will package items in house unless noted in lot description and ship within 7 business days of auction close date.

Auction Center USA: We encourage the live bidding process. We are not interested in your maximum prebid amount and our contract is clear with our consignors and personnel that they are prohibited from bidding on any items at any time. When the auction is a live auction all prebids must be accepted by the auctioneer during that live lot number. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or not to accept any or all prebids during all live and live virtual auction. When a prebid is accepted, the bidder with the highest prebid amount starts the bidding process and that bid becomes binding. If prebids are not accepted during the live lot the auctioneer reserves the right to start the lot at a higher amount and/or pass the lot item all together. Prebid become binding when accepted by auctioneer.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED for online buyers. Most all property is sold as is. It is the bidders responsibility to determine age, condition, genuineness, value or any other determining factors. Internet Services: Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstance shall the bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Center USA or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly including missed bids before or during the live auction. Auction Center USA reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction at anytime. We do send auction updates via e-mail to our registered bidders and an opt out option is available.

Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Rock County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Auction Center USA and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Rock County, Wisconsin.

Live Virtual Interactive Auctions: Online bidders are only bidding against other registered online bidders. You are not competing with onsite bidder's during our virtual only webcast.
