Listing Information

POSH PRESENTS A SPECIAL TREAT FOR OUR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY THE TREASURE HUNTERS!!!
This estate sale is at a location that the same family has owned for many generations. The property has a varied past having been a company store, a home, a party place and so much more!

The house will have a few things of interest but it is the property that offers the greatest fun and opportunity. **Bring your metal detectors and treasure hunt to your hearts content.** Who knows what you will find; Civil War relics, old bottles, old metal items, old money and who knows what else. Anything found will have a fair price assigned and that will be paid to POSH for your "diggings".

We are fortunate to have one of the best known experts, Vic Swensen of "what is it? and the value of what I just dug up?". Vic is known throughout the Low Country as an authority on old bottles, Civil War relics, and so much more. He has been digging old properties in historic Charleston and other locations for decades and has one of the largest collections of "ground finds" as anyone else in the Low Country. Vic will be working the sale throughout the weekend.

We ask that you bring lots of drinking water as the weekend of this sale is to be quite hot.

Once the Estate Goes through Probate, the property will be for sale and consists of over 1.67 acres and the possibility of it being zoned commercial is very high. Speak to Candy about your interest in the property as an investment or a great home location.
