Wholesale restaurant contents - Dining side
This auction includes the entire contents of the former Dragon Palace Chinese Buffet dining room. A rough inventory and photos are provided, however an inspection of the restaurant is encouraged. 

The buyer will have unrestricted access until Monday, July 1 at 8 AM to remove any items they wish to keep. No trash removal is required. Any items the buyer does not want can remain in place. The buyer has the option of taking 1 item and leaving everything else, or completely cleaning out the space.

This auction is split into two groups. Lot 1 is the contents of the dining space. This includes the entrance and restrooms. The buyer will have the option of taking bathroom stalls and fixtures, in addition to the lighting in the dining space.
