This estate sale is so big, we felt the need to set it up as if it were two separate sales...one sale is in a large building detached from the home ("The Shop") and the other for everything in the house. Each photo is identified as either "House" or "Shop" so you can easily decide where you want to begin your experience. If you want to begin in the "Shop" you will need to enter through the White Vinyl Fence Gate on the side of the property. If interested in things inside the house, you will enter through the front door of the house. The Shop looks like an over-stocked Home Depot with every possible major piece of woodworking equipment including planers, sanders, jointers, table saws, drill presses and band saws. There is a large selection of power hand tools, a 13 drawer tool chest, and air compressor. We also have a Troy-Bilt Riding Mower with Cruise Control, a trailer; and Suzuki GS850 Motorcycle. In the house there is a large LP selection (many hundreds) with a large collection of very collectible LPs, two highly desirable Fender and Rickenbacker electric guitars and lots of vintage Peavey Electronics and Speakers, many DVD and VHS movies, and a large selection of CDs. Also for sale are two LCD HDTVs - a 32" Samsung and 55" Toshiba, various stereo equipment, speakers and DVD Players, an HP TouchSmart PC, two desks, numerous bookcases, a Duncan Phyfe dropleaf table with six chairs, trundle bed with brand new mattresses, living room sectional, recliner, marble top coffee table, patio furniture, artwork, small and large kitchen appliances including Kenmore refrigerator/freezer, glass-top stove, high-top bar stools, golf clubs, area rugs, art glass, Beatles memorabilia, jewelry, full-size bed with headboard, books, floor and table lamps and lots of miscellaneous linens.
