PRICING INFORMATION: We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale. RETURNS: All sales are final so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully. No returns. All items sold as is, where is. It is your responsibility to verify all items to be what you expect them to be. SHOPPING RULES: LEAVE YOUR BAGS AND PURSES IN YOUR CAR. We provide shopping totes and boxes. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. No children allow inside of the house. You break, you buy. Bring packing materials as we have a limited amount. . No pre-sales. We'd love to accommodate your phone calls, texts and emails, but are busy preparing for the sale. If time allows, I will respond to your inquiries. We will not be available by phone during the sale. Items must be removed by the end of the day purchased unless an alternate time has been scheduled. Security will be on premises. RESPONSIBILITY: We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the course of the sale. You agree to enter at your own risk and hold A Choice Estate Sale and owner of home harmless of any and all liability of every kind. SIGN UP: Our sign up sheet will be posted by 8:30am the morning of the sale. If someone arrives early and starts the list, we will honor that list.
