ITEM PREVIEW DAY: Bidders will be able to inspect and view items at 1716 South Hwy 19, Hermann, MO 65041 on Saturday, June 22nd from 11 AM - 3 PM. It is highly recommended that bidders preview the items. If you can not attend at that time, please contact the auction company at 573-834-2207 or 573-291-8075 to make other arrangements.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 5:00 PM on Sunday, June 23rd, 2019. The first item will begin to close at 5:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 20 seconds there after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up Monday, June 24th from 2 PM until 7 PM or Saturday, June 29th from 9 AM until 2 PM at 1716 South Hwy 19, Hermann, MO 65041. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD IF YOU BUY LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS!

SHIPPING: Schneider Auctioneers LLC will ship smaller items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE via USPS flat rate boxes or UPS. We WILL NOT SHIP large/heavy furniture, equipment, appliances, glassware or tools. If you have questions about whether we will ship an item please contact us BEFORE YOU BID! Shipping will be charged to buyer at actual cost plus a $10 per box handling and packing fee.

Special info regarding firearm purchases:
-Purchaser must : be a Missouri resident, be at least 18 years of age for a long gun and 21 years of age for handgun, not be a convicted felon or have any other reason that prohibits them from owning firearms.
-We will not ship any firearms. Missouri residents only and you must pick up at the seller's premises.
-PLEASE NOTE: Firearms will have to be picked up on Monday, June 24th from 2 PM until 7 PM. No firearm pick up will be available on Saturday the 29th. If firearms are not picked up on Monday the 24th, alternate arrangements will have to be made with the seller at a later date. Additionally, these firearms are being stored off site for safe keeping but will be available to be inspected at the preview on the 23rd from 11 am - 3 pm.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include:
-Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3% convenience fee). Credit or debit card transactions must be pre-approved prior to bidding on transactions of $1,000 or more on items we are shipping and $2,000 or more on in person transactions.
-Check with proper ID. Checks over $2,000 must be pre-approved by auction company.
-Bank wire transfer
-Cash
-Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable.

No sales tax will be charged for this auction.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

The Auction Company reserves the right to privately disclose to other bidders who the competing or winning bidder is on a specific lot or lots if they request that information, but only after the auction has ended.

In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or make arrangements for payment and shipping within one week of the auction close the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Schneider Auctioneers, LLC.
