All items in the auction have been very well maintained and cared for. They come from a nice, well cared for home and have been described to the best of our knowledge to be working unless stated otherwise.
********This is a large home with a 2nd story and full size basement. Please note there are items listed on all 3 floors. Be sure to bring help to get things moved out.
THIS IS A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION. AT 8:30 PM THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 10 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 60 SECONDS THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 60 SECONDS.
