We do not sell early to dealers. No early birds. The morning of the sale, we will hand out numbers according to the order of who is in line. We do not offer, nor do we use a list created by customers.
We accept cash and credit/debit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Unless you have a valid resale license, we must charge CA sales tax on all purchases. Please pay attention to where you park and be respectful of neighbor's driveways. Large bags are not allowed inside the sale. No pets. All sales final - we cannot accept returns. Our next sale includes the collection of a longtime River Park resident who chaired the History Department at CSUS, was on the board of the Sacramento County Historical Society and loved to travel. We’re selling a full house, patio/garden and garage. Everything has been well cared for and most is in excellent condition.
