We have an overly impressive SIGNED Andy Warhol, old Confederate Currency, Boats, Cars, Tools and so much more! Our client is downsizing thousands of square feet, so that means it's all for sale and has to go!

Pre-Sale Items: (These items are for sale now and may be shown by appointment. Call us to see/inspect and purchase them 603-777-7817) These items may be sold before the sale, therefore not at the sale on sale day!

1) 2003 Subaru Forester. 183K miles. Automatic, AWD. Runs well. Previous smokers car, Check Engine on, muffler louder than normal. Sold with Clean NH Title. Sold as is. $1500 Cash

2) 2000 Cobalt 190 Bowrider. 19' long. One Owner Boat. Boat and Trailer purchased brand new in 2001. Freshwater use. Volvo Penta engine. Boat cover(s) and Bimini top included. New Stainless Prop ready to be put on. Boat located inside enclosed shed for the last 2 and half seasons. Average condition. Very low 389 Hours. Because the boat has been sitting, expect it to need new gas and possible other things including needing a new battery to get running correctly. Trailer needs rewiring, and new jack. Priced to sell and priced according to condition and well below book value. Sold with Bill of Sale and title to trailer. Sold as is. $7,800. Cash. 

3) 8' Plow   Unknown maker, unknown what vehicle it previously was used on. Sold as is. MAKE AN OFFER!

4) Sander.  Commercial back of Truck Sander machine. Large unit. All other information is unknown. Sold as is. MAKE AN OFFER!

Parking: You will park on Collins Landing Rd., and walk down the driveway to the home. (Tan house on left) Please park wisely on ONE SIDE only of Collins Landing Rd.  Please note this is a shared driveway with one other neighbor. Please help us show them respect for allowing us to share their driveway. You will only be allowed to drive down the driveway to pick up heavy/large items once they are paid for and outside of the home. ​

Attendance: We expect a big turnout for this sale, because who doesn't like amazing prices on thousands of amazing items!  We will let in the most shoppers at one time that we deem is accurate based on safety. Our highest priority is the safety of our shoppers. Please do not be grumpy with us if you roll out of bed late and have to wait in line. The early bird absolutely gets the worm. If you really want your best chance at getting in right when we open, we recommend arriving very early in the morning well before we open. If you don't like crowds or waiting, we recommend coming later in the day. If you arrive hours before we open, we just ask for you NOT to walk the property and to stay BEHIND our open/closed sign. Anyone not abiding to this will be asked to leave. Cameras with motion sensors are mounted around the property inside and out.  Thank you!

Last Hour Bargains! Anything remaining from 1pm-2pm the last hour of our sale on Saturday will be heavily discounted in every effort to leave this property empty! If you are a reseller, bargain shopper, super frugal or just darn "cheap", we invite you to attend the last hour of our sale make a pile and name your price!  Seriously, if you can get it out of the sale in the last hour the deals will be unheard of! It's a smart idea to come back to our sales the last hour! Just make sure you can get it all out by closing time. No exceptions.

Our estate sales are simply conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Get there very early and well before opening time if you expect to be one of the first to enter. Often we have long lines therefore we have to limit the amount of shoppers inside at one time. We do this based on the safety of our shoppers.  We open promptly at the advertised time for each sale. We never allow early entry. We don't give out prices before the sale for any reason. Security cameras and security alarm system in place at home and during the sale. WE PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
