If you are coming to the sale, Please read!! Just a few sale reminders.
1. Have fun, This is a great sale and you will have fun looking through everything but please remember to be respectful of other shoppers and of the sellers home. 2. Bring bags, baskets, or boxes to shop with, your hands will fill up fast! 3. We accept CASH ONLY. No Credit Cards or Checks will be accepted. 4. This is a family run sale. We will be busy monitoring the sale so please bring help for moving items you purchase. All items need to be moved before the end of the sale, Sunday @ 4:00 pm. You will need to arrange to move items before this time. 5. See sale times each day. Email contact to arrange a walk thru outside of sale times. No one will be entering/shopping outside of sale times without a family escort. 6. All sales are final, make sure you love it before you buy it. 7. We (family members) are not responsible for accidents. So please be careful! 8. Parking will be available in the yard to the left of the driveway between parking sign and the house. Do not park near ditch in middle of front yard as this area is swampy and you will get stuck. Please do not block the driveway or the road and please be careful when parking and leaving the site. 9. There are stairs in the house and portions of the sale are not handicap accessible. 10. Sale marking format – items will be marked and color coded as follows: a. White tape with an asking prices (all prices negotiable!), b. Blue tape means not for sale (please leave closed or alone), c. Unmarked (please ask or make an offer…so much to label…). 11. ...Again, HAVE FUN!!! |

New photos added 6/21. We will continue to update these pictures until the day of the sale. This is a large Estate sale with a home and barn full. There is lots of room to spread out and you will want lots of time to shop. Vintage stuff abounds…toys (he-man, gi joe, old Atari and Nintendo consoles + games), cameras, projectors, books, furniture, cookware, silverware, glassware, kitchen stuff, dining room suite, dresser, gun case, Kirby vacuums, TV, animal mounts, and more! We also have household appliances (washer/dryer, refrigerators, freezer), furniture, tools, power tools, outdoor equipment, office desk, office supplies, and a Corvette for sale. Our father just turned 90 and has spent a lifetime collecting some of these things. Come out and walk thru just to look at some of this stuff!!
