There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

There is a buyers premium of 15% to be added to the successfully placed bid upon sale of each lot, this is non-refundable.

We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, or wire transfer through your online auction platform; Cash and personal checks will only be accepted if you a planning on picking up your items personally.. We do not accept paypal.

The highest bidder shall be the buyer and any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again.

All items will be invoiced and must be paid in full before or on the pick-up date.

Pick-Up for all items will be Tuesday July 2 10am-2pm central and Wednesday July 3 4pm-7pm central. The items are located 1300 Lebanon Road, Collinsville, Il .
Any items remaining after 7pm central on Wednesday, July 3 will become property of the auction house unless shipping is required or other arrangements have been made.

Welcome to the Beautiful Prom, Formal, Weddng and Cincuenta Dress Auction ! This is a small auction full of beautiful dresses! Most of them still have tags and the ones without tags are new but the tags came off. This is from a formal store that is no longer in business.
