A Trusted Hand does not pass out numbers. First person to arrive is responsible for issuing numbers.
It is strongly recommended that customers bring additional help for the moving of large items that have been purchased. Estate sale employees Can assist to some degree, but it is not promised. Please arrive No Later than 3 p.m on Sunday to pick up your larger items. Estate company Does Not provide Dollies, tools , rope, or bungie cords . In that case we do recommend you bring your own to make the process go quickly and smoothly. 
A Trusted Hand Nor home owner can be held responsible for any injuries, or accidents that occur on sale site premises. 
All children Must be with an Adult. No Running through sale or u will be asked to leave. 
Stickers occasionally fall off of items that A Trusted Hand took the time to price. In that case, sale host will re price item at the register to their discretion.
A.T.H. takes pride in pricing items fairly for both the home owner, and you the consumer. If an item does not fit in your budget today.. come back another day when the discounts apply. Please be aware though that we Will Not take deposits to hold items, nor will we hold any items for you any longer than 30 mins.
