Come shop inside this 281 Year Old Homes Barn of many rooms! Let your eyes wonder in amazement and pure pickers bliss as each section is crammed full of Home Décor, Interior Design Props, Knick-Knacks and Unique Antiques & Objects! 

​Our Client:

 A long time creative Artist and Antique Shop Owner, she has used this barn as storage for items she's "picked" all over New England. Now as life has changed gears, she wishes for us to sell it all so she can use the space for teaching art! Our client is adding more inventory daily!

"Pickers Sale"

​If you have never been to one our "Pickers Sales"; they are some of the most loved by our followers! In short, a Pickers Sale is one that isn't Staged, Researched or Tagged. It's a raw, first to search and find locate your treasures searching high and low, or even inside of other items. Nothing is priced; you pick, make a pile and let us know when your done. We will give you a "Liquidation Pile Price" sure to leave you wanting to go back inside to "Pick" some more! 

"Tents"

​We will have tables under tents set up for you to hold your items in a designated holding area.

"Rain Date"

​24 Hour Notice. Please check this page, our Facebook page or our website where we will let everyone know if we need to postpone by 24 hours before the sale. We will only postpone if there is a going to be steady forecasted rain most of the day. Our Rain Date will more then likely be Sunday July 14th., but again, check back 24 hours before the start of the sale when we will make a Rain Date decision.

We follow the golden rule of professionally run Estate Sales, you'll have to come to the sale for prices!

We always accept Credit Cards with ID, but for fastest checkout we recommend paying with cash.

Parking: Our client is allowing parking in her field right where the sale takes place. Please park wisely and close together so that everyone who wishes to park here, can do so. If we get a lot of rain before sale day, we reserve the right to not allow parking in the field. If parking In the field, or on the street, parking is at your own risk.

Attendance: We expect a big turnout for this sale, because who doesn't like amazing prices on thousands of amazing items!  We will let in the most shoppers at one time that we deem is accurate based on safety. Our highest priority is the safety of our shoppers. Please do not be grumpy with us if you roll out of bed late and have to wait in line. The early bird absolutely gets the worm. If you really want your best chance at getting in right when we open, we recommend arriving very early in the morning well before we open. If you don't like crowds or waiting, we recommend coming later in the day. If you arrive hours before we open, we just ask for you NOT to walk the property and to stay BEHIND our open/closed sign. Anyone not abiding to this will be asked to leave. Cameras with motion sensors are mounted around the property inside and out.  Thank you!

Last Hour Bargains! Anything remaining from 1pm-2pm the last hour of our sale on Saturday will be heavily discounted in every effort to leave this property empty! If you are a reseller, bargain shopper, super frugal or just darn "cheap", we invite you to attend the last hour of our sale make a pile and name your price!  Seriously, if you can get it out of the sale in the last hour the deals will be unheard of! It's a smart idea to come back to our sales the last hour! Just make sure you can get it all out by closing time. No exceptions.

Our estate sales are simply conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Get there very early and well before opening time if you expect to be one of the first to enter. Often we have long lines therefore we have to limit the amount of shoppers inside at one time. We do this based on the safety of our shoppers.  We open promptly at the advertised time for each sale. We never allow early entry. We don't give out prices before the sale for any reason. Security cameras and security alarm system in place at home and during the sale. WE PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
