Auction Terms & Conditions

This Auction is a RESERVE AUCTION. Reserve price must be met for successful sale.

1. ALL BIDDERS registering for this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these and all terms posted at this auction and agree to be bound thereby. The auctioneer also reserves the right to add or change terms by posting on items that are being Auctioned.
2. IDENTIFICATION: All purchasers are required to register with HiBid / Auction Flex. HiBid / Auction Flex will determine your bidding number as registrations begin. Please provide accurately and completely, all information required by the registration.
3. PLEASE provide your number to the clerk after each purchase to eliminate possible error.
4. DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS: All bids are final at the close of the Auction. If any item is not paid for within 3 days after the Auction ends the Auctioneer at their discretion can draw from credit cord or put item back up for Auction and resell to the highest bidder. The decision of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
5. AS IS: Each item is sold As Is," Where is" make sure you have inspected your item before your payment to make sure the item purchased is in the condition disclosed. All sales are final.
6. RESPONSIBILITY: Purchaser assumes complete responsibility for item immediately upon payment.
7. PAYMENT: Complete payment in full-required within 3 days of the auction. Nothing to be removed from the premises before settlement.
8. CLAIMS: No claims will be allowed after goods are removed from the premises.
9. RECORDS: The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer and Clerk will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
10.PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISKS: Persons attending during exhibition, auction, or removal of goods assume all risks of, damage of, or loss to person and/or personal property, and specifically release the auctioneer from liability; therefore, neither the auctioneer, nor their principle shall be liable by reason of a defect in or condition of the premises on which the auction is held or items are picked up.
11. AGENCY: The Auctioneer is acting as an agent for the seller only and is not responsible for the act of its principals.
12. LEGAL ACTION: Bidder agrees that any legal proceedings arising out of this auction, including any litigation will be initiated against the Bidder in Ashland County, Wisconsin and Wisconsin law will apply
13. STATE INCOME TAX: All items will charged a 5.5% state income tax figured on the winning bid price. If you have a tax exempt number please provide a copy to the Auctioneer. If not provided tax will be charged.

1937 Caddilac La Salle. Very nice condition. 34000 original miles. this car has original interior with some flaws, original motor runs very well. Car has been at the same owner for close to 60 years. Was store inside and has new paint. the car is pretty much rust free on the body and frame. The owner put a spin on oil filter sytem that canbe removed to bring back to original state, but is something he thought would be a great add on. This car can be viewed for any potiential buyer. There is a reserve on this car.
