REAL ESTATE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Bank Letter of Credit and $9,000.00 non-refunded (in the event of your accepted bid), earnest money in the form of certified funds made payable to yourself must be presented when registering to provide proof of funding. If you are the successful bidder funds will be endorsed over to Bob Hagemann Auction & Realty Service, LLC Trust Account. A 10% Auction Buyer’s Fee will be applied to the final bid to determine the final price. High bidder will be required to fill out State of Wisconsin standard WB-11 Residential Offer to Purchase. BROKER PARTICIPATION: We invite brokers to participate in this event by offering a broker participation fee. If their client is the successful purchaser of the property and closes the transaction, the broker will receive 4% of high bid. No commission will be paid if the bidder fails to close.
