We have a great sale in the Westlake area 1 exit South of the 360 bridge.  This home belonged to local artist Dee Phillips and LT Col. CP Phillips.  She was a very well-known artist in the area who had a love of vibrant, colorful watercolors.  He had a wonderful life traveling throughout the World as an Airforce Officer and there are several items in the home that reflect that.
