We may have to limit the number of people allowed in the house, and we ask for your patience. THERE ARE SOME STEPS, ETC. PLEASE USE CAUTION We gladly accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover! Bring boxes for shopping! Everything must be removed by Saturday, please bring help to move the item, and an appropriate vehicle.. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer pre sales or 'hold' items. Once we advertise a sale, all items are available when the doors open. Thank you for your understanding. |

Just a few reminders:
· Numbers for entry will be handed out at 8:00 am Friday to those physically in line, one number per person.
· No sign-up list will be honored.
· No place holders will be honored for those that are not physically at the house.
· We do not pre-sell or quote prices prior to the sale.
· We gladly accept All Credit Cards and Cash, no checks.
· We are required by the State of California to collect sales tax. Only VALID Resale Certificates will be honored. $20.00 minimum to use valid resale number.
· Watch Your Step, THERE ARE STEPS.
