Walk in removal requirements
The buyer must deal with the removal in a professional manner. All electrical connections must be safely secured. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the buyer's card on file.

Dealing with the sprinkler system
Any damage to the sprinkler system, or damages caused by the setting off of the sprinklers, will be the responsibility of the damaging party. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the buyer's card on file.

Paying for your items
You may settle your invoice when you come for your items with cash or good NC check, or with a (credit/debit card - subject to a 3% processing fee).

Lot 1 sells at 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 10
Subsequent lots sell one minute apart. A bid within the last 60 seconds will add one minute to the time clock for that lot.

Failure to settle your invoice
Any item(s) that are not paid for AND removed during the Stated Removal Period will result in your bidding privileges suspended for future auctions until the invoice is settled..

Buyer's premium
The expenses of conducting the auction are shared between the seller and buyer. The buyer's expense is called a BUYER'S PREMIUM and is set at 10%. This is one of the lowest in the auction industry.

Credit/debit card processing fee
If you choose to use a credit or debit card to settle your invoice your buyer's premium will be increased from 10% to 13% to cover the processing fees. This allows us to keep our buyer's premium as low as possible.
