All items are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with no guarantees expressed or implied of any kind. Announcements made day of sale will take precedence over written material.

By Bidding, the bidder agrees to have read and accept all terms and conditions expressed and implied, and you are entering a legal and binding contract.

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

There is a buyers premium of 15% to be added to the successfully placed bid upon sale of each lot, this is non-refundable.

We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, or wire transfer through your online auction platform; Cash and personal checks will only be accepted if you a planning on picking up your items personally.. We do not accept paypal.

The highest bidder shall be the buyer and any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again.

All items will be invoiced and must be paid in full before or on the pick-up date.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE GETTING FULLER IN OUR WAREHOUSE AND CAN'T HOLD ITEMS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK FROM THE LAST PICKUP DAY. ANY ITEMS THAT ARE STILL AT OUR WAREHOUSE AFTER 7PM ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 14TH BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE AUCTIONHOUSE AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTIONHOUSE.
ALSO, ANY ITEMS THAT REMAIN UNPAID AFTER 7PM WEDNESDAY, August 7th WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME PROPERTY OF THE AUCTIONHOUSE UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTIONHOUSE.
Pick-Up for all items will be Tuesday August 6th 10am-2pm central and Wednesday August 7th 4pm-7pm central. The items are located 1300 Lebanon Road, Collinsville, Il .
