You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. MOST ITEMS HALF PRICE OR DEEPLY DISCOUNTED WHEN WE OPEN SATURDAY AT 8 AM!! VERY IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTENDING!!! PARKING INSTRUCTIONS... This sale is located at the top of a windy narrow street at the end of an impossibly steep driveway....Does this stop us?? No way! Here is what we have planned to make it easy for you.
You are not going to able to park near the house BUT we will shuttle you from just down the street - so FAST and EASY! Sooo, you will need to park below near the corner of 3rd Street (which comes off PCH) and Mar Vista.
Directions: Take PCH from north or south and head up 3rd away from the ocean. You will reach Mar Vista near the top of the street and a very large pine tree....
Park somewhere on 3rd or Mar Vista nearby that is permitted for parking and wait near the large pine. We will shuttle people in an SUV up to the sale and back to the same spot once you have finished shopping.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not find parking on upper Eagle Rock. Do not attempt to drive up long driveway to the house. There are no exceptions. Please be kind to one another as you wait for the shuttle and respect the order in which you arrived. Thank you.
