Combine, TX is off 175, east of Seagoville. Exit onto 1389, from 175 and traven south till the road ends, It is 6.4 miles. Go right (the only way to go) onto Farr-Alton road and travel 1.4 miles more. Turn right onto Harlan Lane. Not to be confused with Harlan Drive. This house is the second on the left, with a green gate. It is a beautiful drive and maybe the trees will be greening for us! This is the estate of a promanent resident of Combine. Her favorite color was pink. When you visit us, you will notice this fact. Some items are to remain with the family. These are covered and taped or have a ribbon surrounding them. These items are not for sale. Never to worry though, you have lots to see and plenty of treasures to choose from for yourself. This is a listing of items for sale. It is in no way a complete list, but will show a general idea of the treasures available to you. 1950's PINK dinner ware and flat ware Several partial sets of other kitchen items Cornflower blue corningware Canister sets-several Pots and pans and coffee makers Tupperware and other "plastics" Antique aprons and other hand made aprons Van Briggle pottery signed by Anna Westmoreland Glass Blenko vase Fenton pieces including bells Murano birds Decorator pictures, some for train ads of smokey mountains 1970s theme furniture Foot stool (for real! see the picture) Electrolux vaccum cleaner and attachments Three drop swag lamp Baldwin electric organ needing a tune up Wonderful punp organ with those old bone keys. Simply beautiful. couch and matching chairs in French Rococo style round side tables and early American coffee table flowered love seat like Mad Men style child's record player portable typewritter music tapes and a tape player wedding dress in a larger size cameras some books and music books picture frames turquoise leather recliner by Lane an electric chair to help to standing position misc wooden chairs and easy chairs two full size beds, one has matching pieces dresser with mirror night stands tall chests gun cabinet towels, sheets, comfortors, blankets, pillow cases, and bedspreads. turquoise sewing machine and a Kenmore sewing maching, both in cabinets several smaller sized TVs medical equipment including a hospital bed & tray, wheel chair, transfer bench, potty chair, and a selection of walkers garage items bicycle display cabinet file cabinets safe 17' Skeeter bass boat with two trolling motors and an outboard on a trailer. turquoise trim. that's all I know about the boat. talk to Mike. |
