entirety. Our goal is to realize the highest return to the seller, and to satisfy all interested parties
by allowing bidders, who are interested, to have the same opportunity. This auction features
EXTENDED BIDDING! Any lot that gets a bid within 5 minutes of its scheduled closing time will
remain open for bids past its normal close; it will go in to extended bidding. It will remain open
until there are no bids on that lot for 5 minutes.
Upon completion of the auction, a 11% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price(s) to
determine the total contract sale price.
All bidding is open to the public and bidders must register before end of auction in order to
submit bids . Bidding during the auction will require you place bids on the internet site provided.

AUCTION PROCEDURES: Conducting of the auction and increments of bidding are at the
direction and discretion of the Hayden Outdoors. Online auction will be managed at the Hayden
Outdoors offices in Windsor, CO. Announcements made online by Hayden Outdoors supersede
all previously printed material. Auction is open to registered bidders. If any disputes should arise
following the auction, the Auctioneer's records shall be conclusive. Property(ies) are sold AS IS,
WHERE IS. For internet-only auctions, Hayden Outdoors reserves the right to cancel and/or
reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

AUCTION REGISTRATION: All parties seeking to bid on the property at auction must register
