Just click the tab that says online auction and it will direct to to the online site. Once you click bid now on something you are interested in then you can either bid a dollar over the last person or you can put in what your highest bid would be and it will bid in dollar increments for you as someone else bids then it will bid for you until reach your limit (if it goes that high). Otherwise you will win it at whatever dollar amount the competing bidder put in plus a $1. So in other words don't be afraid to put in your top bid cause it doesn't mean it goes to that amount unless people bid that high.
