Highest Online Bidder: $10,000 deposit is required within 1 day of completed pre bidding and must be submitted via cash or cashier's check (no debit or credit card or personal checks will be accepted). Live Auction: To register for the live auction, bidders must qualify with a $10,000 cashier's check or cash on Auction day (no debit or credit card or personal checks will be accepted). Funds will be verified by auction staff prior to registration. Successful bidder will place in trust with the auction company a deposit of $10,000 in the form of cash or cashier's check. Financing: Sale of the property is not contingent upon the buyer obtaining financing.

Closing Costs: The deed shall be prepared and acknowledged by Seller at Seller's expense and recorded at the expense of Buyer. The buyer shall pay all title searches, title insurance charges, survey expense, usual conveyance expenses, and recordation taxes, including the Grantor's tax. Real estate taxes, water and sewer charges, if any, will be prorated as of the date of closing.

Failure to perform: If successful bidder fails to close within 61 days for any reason, bidder agrees to forfeiture of entire deposit of $10,000.

Closing: Taxes will be prorated to the closing date. The successful bidder will sign a WI Offer to Purchase agreement. Closing will be within 61 days of the auction, no later than close of business, central time November 6, 2019. Real estate is sold clear & free of any liens, taxes or other encumbrances. Auction end times: Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. ie: If an auction is scheduled to close at noon, receives a bid at 11:59 the close time will automatically extend two minutes.
