BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 15% buyer's premium added to all bids and included in the total purchase price of ALL items.

PAYMENT: Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the time of pickup on August 20th. Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions.

ITEM PICKUP: Pickup will be scheduled on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 12:00 PM-6:00PM at 40503 zip code. Winning bidders will be notified of exact address via email after the auction ends. Buyer is responsible for bringing necessary equipment and helpers to remove & load there items.

SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax.

AUCTION END TIMES: Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions are timed events and bidding will close at staggered time intervals. Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of the auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction scheduled to close at 4:00 PM receives a bid at 3:59, the close will automatically extend to 4:02 PM. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.

All property is sold in "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder understands and
agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc... will be allowed or permitted.
Property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine
condition or fitness of purpose. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds
for any claim refund, adjustment, or chargeback, etc.

MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email
notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by the
Auctioneer.

Any dispute between Halfhill Auction Group LLC, its agents or representatives and the buyer(s) will be
tried in a court of jurisdiction in Fayette County, Kentucky. By bidding on the property, buyer agrees to
all terms and conditions set forth.

Halfhill Auction Group, LLC reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by

BIDDER DEFAULT: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the
