FIREARMS: YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 TO PURCHASE A LONG GUN OR AMMUNITION AND OVER THE AGE OF 21 TO PURCHASE A HANDGUN ON THIS AUCTION. IF YOU ARE A WISCONSIN RESIDENT YOU WILL NOT REQUIRE FFL SERVICES ON THIS SALE. IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF MICHIGAN OR REQUIRE SHIPPING SERVICES FOR A FIREARM TO ANOTHER STATE, YOUR CREDIT CARD THAT YOU REGISTERED WITH FOR THIS AUCTION WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $45.00 WHICH IS THE FFL HOLDER'S FEE FOR THE TRANSACTION. SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE A SEPARATE TRANSACTION BETWEEN THE FFL DEALER AND YOU.

ALCOHOL: You Must Be 21 Years Of Age To Purchase Alcohol.
Proof Of Age Will Be Required At Pick-Up. WE DO NOT SHIP ALCOHOL.

INTERNET BUYERS PREMIUM: 15% ON ALL MERCHANDISE.

PAYMENT: The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction unless you specifically call us ahead of time to arrange for different payment or leave this information in "The Notes To The Auctioneer" at the time of registration. If alternative payment is approved, we accept cash or a separate credit card, and wire transfers for large amounts. Please note the 15% buyer's fee applies to all purchases regardless of payment method.
The credit card bidders choose to use for registration will be authorized at time of registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover ONLY. Credit card chargeback's will not be accepted. Auction Company reserves the right to request a different form of payment (wire transfer or check) for larger amounts.

SALES TAX: Buyers may be required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax unless you have a resale number on file with Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC PRIOR TO THE SALE-NO EXCEPTIONS. Sales tax applies to the entire transaction including the buyer fee. WISCONSIN'S sales tax rate is 5.5% unless otherwise stated, and MICHIGAN is 6%.

PICKUP: Please note that the merchandise must be pickup up during specified pickup times. There is no storage available. Buyers should bring their own moving personnel and equipment, if needed. If you would like to have your items shipped, you must notify the auction company within 24 hours of close of auction. Small items only are available for shipping and will be transported to a local 'Pack & Ship' Center. You will be contacted by the Pack & Ship facility and the shipping transaction and payment will be a separate transaction between you and them. Buyers are responsible for all packing, shipping and insurance costs. Methods of shipment are between you and the shipping company.

We Are NOT Able To Transport Items To Our Office That Are Not Picked Up During The Scheduled Pick-Up Times, As We Are Already Transporting the Orders To Be Shipped. If You Do Not Pick-up Your Items Or If You Fail To Make Arrangements For Someone Else To Pick-up Or To Have Your items Shipped, Your Items Will Be Disposed Of, Donated, or Resold At Our Discretion. You Forfeit Your Rights To These Items, Even Though You Have Already Been Charged. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE! The Buyer shall be responsible to Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC for any expenses of resale and collection and damages resulting from the resale.

INSPECTION: By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All property is sold 'AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. SUPERIOR AUCTION & APPRAISAL LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall SUPERIOR AUCTION & APPRAISAL LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We Highly Encourage Attending Scheduled Inspections Before Bidding.

AUCTION CLOSING: Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC. Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will begin to close at specified times. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC. Online Auctions feature a Soft Close. The Soft Close feature remains active until no further bids are received on an item within said items two minute closing window. When a bid is placed in the final two minutes of an item closing, the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction is scheduled to begin closing lots at 6:00PM and a bid is received at 5:59PM, the close time on that lot will automatically extend two minutes.

When an auction starts to close,. Items will close every fifteen to twenty seconds thereafter unless there is still active bidding on said item, in which case that specific items closing time will be extended the two minutes until all active bidding has ended. For Example: The second item will schedule to close at 6:00:20, the third item closes at 6:00:40 and so on and so forth until all items have closed.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Menominee County, Michigan. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Menominee County, Michigan.

Bidders who bid from offsite understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the days of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.

Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. In the event of failure of the online bidding system or other technical failure, Superior Auction & Appraisal LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction.
