All items are sold as is. No refunds for any reason. We accept cash and credit cards ($25 minimum) as forms of payment. We reserve the right refuse service to anyone out of line with the rules of the sale posted in the house. We are unable to move furniture. Any items purchased must be picked up by the last day of the sale. We may not always have time to answer all calls and questions as we may be busy staging our clients home. We work hard for our clients and ask you be respectful while in their home. Children are sometimes allowed with the parent holding their hand. ( Depending on the client). We will be limiting the number of people in the house at any given time. This Estate is packed and we have limited space in the jewelry and checkout area. We will have shopping baskets while they last and two hold areas. Please bring a small box if you can. Security cameras and undercover security are placed throughout the house. We will have our regular 2 cashiers and a backup credit card only cashier ready to help you. Only pull tags on large items you Intend to purchase (bulky items, furniture etc) items without tags may not be sold.
