All purchases sold in as-is condition. We may, at our discretion, provide our opinion as to the condition of items but do so with no guarantee or warranty. Items are available for thorough inspection and bidders are cautioned to inspect prior to placing any bids.

Online purchases requiring shipping must be paid by credit card. We do the majority of our shipping in-house & bill separately for those charges.
There is no sales tax applied to any out of state purchases that are shipped and sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer.

Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer.

If you wish to use a different payment method other than what you registered with, contact us immediately after receiving your e-mail confirmation of your purchase. Your shipping costs will be a separate charge to your credit card, unless you make other payment arrangements with us. Items not removed within 2 days of conclusion of auction will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee and will be considered abandoned after 7 days with NO REFUND.

Pickup will generally be available Tuesday and Wednesday after the auction close 9AM to 5pm at 754 Grand Ave in Schofield, Wisconsin. All small items not picked up will be shipped unless previous arrangements have been made.We do offer shipping on your lots unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing. Our shipping charges will be exact shipping charges plus $1 for handling per package on small packages. If you want insurance on your package, or if you have any other questions about pickup or shipping, please notify us no later than 12 hours after the auction close by email to Robert@WisconsinEstateSolutions.com. We reserve the rate to add insurance at the bidders expense on high value packages ($1000 or more). Please note that handling fees will be higher on mid size and large packages.

Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in Marathon County, Wisconsin. Bidder agrees that the liability of Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC shall be limited to the purchase price of a lot. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Marathon County, Wisconsin.

Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.

Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
