·         We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards for sales over $10.00 but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Card transactions.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·         All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

We charge 3% for all credit card & debt card transactions with a $10.00 minimum charge.

Please Bring Big Strong Help and Truck or Van to Load Large Items since Ampersand does not have additional staff to provide moving help.

Items are sold AS IS, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, please check all items fully before you make your purchases at the estate sale.

Please be respectful and mindful of the Neighbors and abide by traffic & parking laws, Double Parking, Blocking Cars in or Blocking Driveways or Garages will possibly cause ticketing or towing of your vehicle.

Directions to our appointment only high end pop up estate sale in Lincolnshire this weekend:

You will not be allowed past the guard at the gate till 10am on both Friday & Saturday.

Once you arrive at the gate please tell the guard you are here for the Ampersand Estate Sale.

We are not allowed any signs for our sale this weekend as per the home owners association so please use your GPS to get to our sale location.

From Deerfield Road and Milwaukee Avenue in Lincolnshire, IL

Take Milwaukee Avenue north to Rivershire Lane.

Turn right (east) on Rivershire Lane.

Stop at the gate house and check in with the guard.

If you sent in an email your name will be with the guard.

Otherwise tell them you are here for the Ampersand Estate Sale.

You cannot enter till after 10 am as per the home owners association.

Follow Rivershire Lane east and south till you get to Rivershire Court.

Turn right (west) on Rivershire Court.

You can park on Rivershire Court but not in the cul-de-sacs or driveways.

The house is 305 Rivershire Court.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes or fire hydrants.
