1.All Sales are Final, items sold "as is, where is"
2.Every bid is final and irrevocable.
3.15% Buyers Premium
4.Payment in full is required on day of sale or at pick up before removing your items.
5.All items must be picked up on the day after the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
6.Any item left over 20 days will be sold at the auctioneers' convenience.
7.Auctioneer has the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He may also have the right to pass on any bid he feels is not in the best interest of his client.

3.Payment terms Cash, Check, all Major Credit Card are accepted. If you plan to pay by cash or check please contact our office when you register so we can make that note, otherwise the card you registered with will be charged. All sales will be processed immediately after the sale.

Shipping
1.No ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED FROM THIS AUCTION. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.
2.Pick up dates for all online auctions is the day afterward between 10am - 5pm CST.
3.Pick up Dates For live auctions you can remove your items from the auction house the night of the sale and the day after from Noon - 2:30pm CST.

Part VI of Cucklebur Trading Auction is online Tuesday August 13th at 7am and will end on August 20 at 7pm. Pick up will be Tuesday August 21st & Wednesday August 22nd. We are down far enough that it is important that ALL ITEMS ARE PICKED UP DURING THESE 2 DAYS. Next Auction is August 27th Online If your paying in cash please note that in the message to auctioneer when you register, otherwise your card will be charged at the close of the auciton.
