Pickup will be held in Sugar Land, TX on Thursday, 8/29 from 1:30-6:30 pm, by appointment only as this is a gated community. Pick up must take place during the scheduled time. No early, late or alternative days will be accommodated. Items not picked up during the scheduled pick up hours may result in those items being forfeited by the winning bidder.
Rules for Bidding

Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you are the winning bidder, you are committed to purchasing and picking up your item(s) or making shipping arrangements.
When bidding close to auction close, please note a built-in feature of CT Bids is the "soft close." This feature adds a few minutes of time to the item if a bid is received in the final moments prior to the close of the item. This allows for bidders to consider a higher bid if outbid, similar to a live auction. Proxy bids (maximum bids) can be used as an alternative to placing incremental bids. This is an automatic method of bidding that increases your bid to the next lowest price when another user bids on the same item. Your bid is increased until your maximum bid amount is reached or the auction ends.
If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked and you will be reported. Please do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.
If you bid, you MUST be available to pick up your purchases on the scheduled pick up date unless you have made PRIOR shipping arrangements. We are not able to accommodate early, late or alternative days for pick up. Items not picked up during the scheduled pick up hours will result in those items being forfeited by the winning bidder.
On the day of pick-up you must bring your own moving materials; dollies, boxes, packing materials, and muscles. Loading assistance is not available. Some items may be located up or downstairs.
A 15% buyer's premium will be added to the bid amount.

Payments must be made by deadline listed above. You will pay via Paypal (no account necessary) by using the checkout feature in your account.
IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID BY THE DEADLINE, YOUR ITEMS WILL BE RESOLD TO THE NEXT HIGHEST BIDDER AND YOUR FUTURE BIDDING PRIVILEGES WILL BE REVOKED.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up.
The exact address of the pickup will be on the invoice.
