Join us for a two day estate sale located in downtown Tallahassee.  This sale will include a dining room set, sofas, deep freezers, Troy-Bilt riding mower, Troy-Bilt pressure washer, gun cabinet, hand tools, rolling tool box, duck decoys, two small boats, vintage records, roll top desk, Honda EX 5500 key start generator, air compressor, and much more.  Pictures will continue to be added until day of the sale so check back often.  Sale begins 9:00am with no previews or early birds. We are required to charge state sales tax. If you are tax exempt please be prepared to provide current tax exempt certificate. All sales are as is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All items must be removed by the last day of the sale. Please respect the neighbors and do not park on their lawns, driveways or near mailboxes. We will be accepting cash and credit cards with picture ID as form of payment.  Shoppers will be allowed into the sale on a first come first served basis.
