•Please bring help to load your own items - we are a company providing a service to sell our client’s belongings. A list of moving services will be provided if you need delivery.
•We do provide packing materials and bags. •Holding shelves and bins are available for you to hold your intended purchases while you continue shopping. Just fill out a "hold for_______" tag and place it
with your treasures.
•Please do not call or text for prices or pre sales. It is our policy.
We reserve the right to remove an item from the sale even if it has a price.

A SIGN UP SHEET WILL BE AT THE GARAGE DOOR AT 7 AM TO GET IN LINE FOR 8 AM SALE. ROLL CALL WILL BE AT 8 AM IN NUMERICAL ORDER.
ENTRY IS THROUGH GARAGE. FOUR STEPS UP TO MAIN LEVEL. THERE IS A CURVED STAIRCASE UP TO ONE LARGE BEDROOM . ALL ELSE IS ON MAIN LEVEL. This is a three day sale. Prices are as marked on Thursday and Friday, with 1/2 price on Saturday. Blow out 75% starting at noon on Saturday.
