This weeks sale takes us back to the Solera community off of Riggs Rd for a wonderful home! The residence was only used a couple of months each year, and the condition of everything is exceptional. There is modern decor, contemporary furnishings and excellent "like new" items. We have three full bedrooms, patio sets, several sofas and love seats and an all leather modular recliner sofa. Decor accents are all over the home, including large pottery pieces and framed art. This is one of the larger Solera homes and shows like a model. Please note the later start time for Saturday, as the guard does not arrive until 8:00am. The sale will start at 8:30am on Saturday. |
