Hand tools, Power tools such as Delta, Ryobi, and Ridgid. David Winter houses from the early 1980’s, Tom Clark Gnomes, McCoy, Hull, Hall, VINTAGE CLOTHING from the 1960's and before. Fenton, John Deere riding lawn mower, TJ jeep parts, dishes, kitchen items, small kitchen appliances, furniture – Dixie etc – ceramic and glass cats, Christmas items from the 1940’s, books, Children’s books from the 1950’s, hand carved walking canes, Imperial and other glass, Goofus Glass. Antiques, antique floor lamps, Boxes of craft items, antique toys, 8 track tapes, Older solidly built gas grill, records, tins, and some clothing. No presales. What was in the house when we signed the contract, is still here when you show up. TnT Estate Sales – 15% commission. No Upfront fees, no finders’ fees, no hidden fees, no money down to get us to do the sale. No buyer’s premium.
