-Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. You may remove the price tag if purchasing said item. 

- **We encourage the buyer to bring SOLD TAGS to reduce any confusion. Your sold tag should include your NAME & PHONE NUMBER 

-Items without a large TK tag MUST be carried. We are happy to assist you with large items

-Due to the size of this sale and the amount of items in the home, you may be asked to come back to retrieve large items

-Holding area: We will provide a holding area at the pay station (BACK YARD) 

-If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area. We encourage you to shop with a friend and bring a box or bag to make your shopping experience easier if you choose to buy in bulk
