By bidding on any item, the bidder/buyer shows acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Do not bid unless you agree to all the terms and conditions below. It is the buyers responsibility to read all terms and conditions.
We do offer preview for all auctions and we do encourage bidders to inspect items before bidding. Previews can be done during our normal business hours before the closing of an auction. If the auction is off site, special preview times and dates will be posted for that auction. Double K Auctions, LLC. encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before placing any bids. All lots are sold "AS - IS, WHERE - IS" with all faults, imperfections and errors. Registration * Bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid on any items. *All information provided by buyer/bidder must be currant and up to date. * Double K Auctions LLC reserves the right to deactivate any bidder account at any time, or to restrict access to any feature of the auction site without penalty or notice. * We may use email advertising to notify customers about upcoming auctions or sales. Should you wish to remove yourself from our email list, please forward your request to us and you will be promptly removed from the list. We may gather information about bidders, sellers and buyers only for the purpose of conducting online or live auctions |

Online Consignment September 2nd - 5th All winning bidders will have a chance to enter our end of the month drawing for a Double K Auctions $25.00 Gift Card! Check our Facebook page at the end of the month for our lucky winner! We are always accepting quality consignment items for our auctions! $2.00 to list plus selling fees. The last day to bring consignments in is by 12:00pm, the Saturday before the auction starts. Please call to set up appointment for any drop offs. All new consignments will have to be dropped off at the Swartz Creek location. Pick up times for theSeptember 2nd - 5th auction are as follows September 6th (Friday) 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Septembe 7th (Saturday) 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
September 10th (Tuesday) 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

After the auction has ended, you should receive an email within a couple of hours showing the items you won and your invoice total. If you do not receive an email, please log into your account and go to "My Account", from there you can print/view your invoice. Please keep in mind that there is also a 15% buyers premium on all lots and 6% sales tax. We accept cash, credit/debit cards ($10.00 minimum purchase, and 3.5% up-charge) Please read full auction terms and condition for more info! It is the winners responsibility to bring packing supplies for any glassware or fragile item(s) that you have won. If you won big items please bring additional help for loading. Please try to make every effort to pick up your items by the above dates. If items are not picked by last date specified, there will be a minimum $5.00 late fee and $1.00 per day per item. If items are still not picked up within 7 days after the last pick up date, they will be considered abandoned and your account will be banned.
