Auction Terms & Conditions: All items sold "As-Is, Where-Is," with all faults and no guarantees or warranties implied. All descriptions believed accurate and provided to Auctions Nationwide by the sellers.

Buyer inspections are encouraged but not mandatory for bidding. Scheduling of those inspections will be facilitated by Auctions Nationwide and Sellers.

All auctions are under a seller bid select confirmation and negotiation format. This means the sellers, in this event, have set expectations and have asked us to list unpublished reserves. When the auction has closed the sellers will receive ALL BIDS. The Sellers have 24-hours to accept, counter, or decline the bids placed. This excludes all listed no-reserve auctions, which are announced in the heading of the auction it refers.

Auctions Nationwide goes the extra mile to negotiate the deal post-auction, if the reserves are not met. All bids are binding and cannot be retracted within 72 hours of auction close. There is a 10% buyer premium on all lots. We also charge a $35 flat fee for all wire transfers; credit card charges may also apply. Buyers have 48 hours to pay invoices in full once an agreed amount of the high bid is accepted by both seller and buyer. Upon receipt of payment, address for item pickup will be provided. Buyer/ Drivers must bring a copy of the Auctions Nationwide release form, which will be provided along with the receipt of your paid invoice. If payment is not made in full, the buyer's credit card on file will be charged. Failure to make full payment results in a default fee of 10% of the purhcase price and buyer account restriction. Once the invoice is paid the buyer and seller will negotiate pickup date and time. Buyer is responsible for logistics and costs of load-out. Failure to follow these terms may result in the seller turning away your driver to pick up the purchased items. Reminder: All items are sold As-Is Where-Is, with no discrepancies post-sale. No warranties and no refunds will be provided. We encourage all buyers to preview inventory in person prior to placing bids. Auction Nationwide will have preview dates listed before auction closes. If you are unable to preview the inventory, you understand our "As Is,Where Is" terms. All inventory that must meet required state and local laws to be driven is the responsibility of the buyer after it leaves Auctions Nationwide's storage facility or sellers locations. All vehicles that are not registered, inspected, or have no valid insurance must be trailered off the property. Auctions Nationwide does not provide temporary paper plates.
