(Credit cards accepted for sales over $500) Bags, Backpacks, Pocketbooks, etc. ARE NOT permitted inside house. Customers are responsible to remove purchased furniture from premises in a timely manner. Numbers Procedure: Although we do not presently control entry numbers, we do honor the numbers established by the customers. Customers' numbers will be checked when they enter the house. The first customer to arrive at the sale may start the numbers. Whoever starts the numbers is required to maintain the numbers by waiting at the house or by having someone else continue the numbers until the sale starts. Please keep these numbers at your vehicle for distribution. If you are not online when the sale doors open, you will need to go to the back of the line. Also, please be considerate of the neighbors while waiting for the sale to begin. |

Living Room, Kitchen & Den Contents: Everything contained in these rooms including; Extensive Czechoslovakia crystal collection and other glassware, Herend porcelain statues and other figurines, Gorham sterling silver flatware service, miscellaneous sterling silver service, sectional sofa, dining room set, cookware, a gold watch and other men’s watches, contents of closets, cabinets, drawers, etc. Not for sale: china set and piano. Hallway Contents: Everything located in hallways and closets. Bedroom Contents: Everything contained in bedrooms including closets. Family Room/Basement: Everything contained in family room/basement including; sewing materials and related equipment, tables and chairs, workshop with tools, contents of closets, cabinets, drawers, etc. Garage/Outdoors: Everything in garage that belongs to the estate. |
