1.All Sales are Final, items sold "as is, where is"
2.Every bid is final and irrevocable.
3.15% Buyers Premium
4.Payment in full is required on day of sale or at pick up before removing your items.
5.All items must be picked up on the day after the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
6.Any item left over 20 days will be sold at the auctioneers' convenience.
7.Auctioneer has the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He may also have the right to pass on any bid he feels is not in the best interest of his client.

3.Payment terms Cash, Check, all Major Credit Card are accepted. If you plan to pay by cash or check please contact our office when you register so we can make that note, otherwise the card you registered with will be charged. All sales will be processed immediately after the sale.

Shipping
1.No ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED FROM THIS AUCTION. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.
2.Pick up dates for all online auctions is the day afterward between 10am - 5pm CST.
3.Pick up Dates For live auctions you can remove your items from the auction house the night of the sale and the day after from Noon - 2:30pm CST.

This auction includes the 2005 Chevy Trailblazer and all the contents of the house. These items include kitchen goods, furniture, jewelry, some collectables, yard tools, and a mower. The auction will run from September 8th to 19th, pick up on the 20th and 21th. The house must be emptied and cleaned by 7pm September 20th. Any items remaining on the evening of September 20th will be load and brought to our auction house and you can make arrangements for pick up at that time. any items left are subject to a $50 handling fee and if they are not picked up by October 1st , they are subject to resell at the auctioneers covenience. There is a 10% Buyers Premium on the Car and a 15% Buyers Premium on all of the other items. Cash , Check or Charge.
