·         We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Cards.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

Glencoe this weekend:

Please do not arrive till after 6am due to Glencoe parking restrictions.

From Tower Road and Vernon Avenue in Winnetka IL.

Take Vernon Avenue north to Jackson Avenue.

Turn right (east) on Jackson Avenue.

The house is 441 Jackson and is on the north side of the street.

Parking is only allowed on the south side of the street.

Once again please do not arrive till after 6am due to Glencoe parking restrictions.
