Listing Terms and Conditions
There will be no early bird sales! Numbers to be handed out one hour prior to the sale's opening time each day to allow you to wait in your car or someplace other than a line if need be. Some houses are small and we may be limited to how many we can let in at a time. Be assured you will be let in as soon as possible. Everything is sold as is where is. No refunds or returns available. We accept all credit cards for purchases over $15.00, under that amount there will be a 3% convenience fee added to your purchase price. We also take good local checks under $200.00 and of course cash. A few items need to remain on property until the end of sale on Sunday - like bookcases, refrigerator and stove. You can purchase them but cannot remove until 4pm on Sunday. You are responsible to remove all your items from the sale, please bring packing, boxes and bags for your smaller purchases and adequate help if moving furniture.

It has several nice sets of twin bedroom suites, nice glassware, books, tools, pottery and accessories along with everyday items. Lots of costume jewelry & unusual original African art and artifacts. There are several large appliances - refrigerator, washer and gas dryer, a new gas stove (only used 2-3 times). Large sets of Noritake China, Pfaltzgraff China, some Spode & Lenox. Signed original art, some very nice books, craft items, working portable sewing machine and fabric. Nice, newer pottery, iron patio furniture, 2 steamer trunks, mid-century dining set and other furniture. Old African spear heads, army bayonets, a rare Jim Beam Bottle encased in a Die Cast Car – 1934 on license plate, looks like a Duesenburg. Very large flat screen Panasonic TV plus components on a new modern TV stand. Beautiful women's clothing, sizes 12 - 16, some still with tags, a mink stole, costumes, hand bags and scarves. Living house plants. Still going thru boxes, drawers and closets finding treasures. I will update with more photos as things come together.
